    lovely atmosphere
    cozy sitting area
    convenient location
    ineffective air conditioning
    warmer room
    limited amenities

My stay was enjoyable, featuring a lovely atmosphere with a cozy sitting area that made it perfect for relaxation. The location was convenient for exploring key attractions, but the air conditioning in the room did not work effectively, leaving it warmer than preferred. Great for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

    Very good
    7.0

The Junior Suite offered a luxurious experience with charming vintage details like an old record player, adding character to the stay. The beautiful bathroom came equipped with modern fixtures, making it comfortable and stylish.

Disappointed that, for the price of GBP400 a night, the room lacked a television, which felt unusual. The bar area doubles as the lobby, leading to cramped conditions during check-in. Without many amenities like a gym or spa, the overall experience felt less than expected for the rate charged. I noted that a late checkout incurs a fee, which seemed out of step with the hotel's quirky charm. Each morning required a trip to ask for more teabags and milk, which felt unnecessary given the price point.

    in-room breakfast
    smashing indian eats
    cozy bar
    uncleaned room
    lack of tea service

The Zetter's in-room breakfast was a delightful spread that made mornings feel fancy, while the nearby Zayna had incredible Indian eats that were simply smashing! Plus, the cozy bar, perfect for unwinding with a cheeky pint, had us feeling right at home.

We stayed two nights and came back to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Seriously, no tea and no fresh towels? ! Had to request it myself, which felt a bit off. Still, the quirky charm and the lovely staff made up for the hiccup.

The Zetter Marylebone features beautifully curated decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy sitting areas were perfect for relaxing, and the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore London comfortably.

More lighting in rooms would enhance comfort for seniors.

What I loved most about my stay was the quick 5-minute walk to hyde park for peaceful afternoon walks and being just under 2 km from iconic landmarks like the victoria and albert museum, making it so easy to explore the city's rich history while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. plus, the staff were wonderfully friendly and eager to help, making me feel right at home with that cozy, intimate vibe you rarely find in bigger hotels.

Perfect for couples looking for a quirky getaway

The room was full of unique and fun elements like an old gramophone and a hidden TV that made it feel special. Plus, we found this amazing place for cocktails, the atmosphere was just. wow.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess for what we got it was still reasonable.
